Club Maranello — Membership Terms & Conditions (EULA)

1. About these terms

These terms are a contract between you and Club Maranello Ltd ("Club Maranello", "we", "us") governing your use of the Club Maranello app. By applying for or using membership you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & membership

• Membership is private and invite-oriented, for adults (18+) who own a Ferrari in the UK.
• You must submit accurate ownership details (VIN and proof of ownership). Verification is performed manually by the Club. We may approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion, including where verification fails or these terms are breached.
• Membership tiers and verification status are set by the Club and cannot be changed by members.

3. Your account

Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or infringing content;
• post spam, scams, or promote competing services;
• misrepresent ownership, impersonate others, or submit false verification;
• attempt to access other members' private data, probe or attack the service, or circumvent security or rate limits;
• scrape, resell, or misuse other members' information or Club content.

We use automated and human moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to run the Club (for example, showing a post to other members, or processing a photo for moderation). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Content shared publicly within the Club is visible to other members; private data (VIN, plate, prices, Vault) is never exposed in shared surfaces.

6. Concierge, valuations & dealer information

Valuations, concierge responses, Ask AI answers, and Trusted Specialist listings are provided for general guidance only and are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision about your car. 7. AI features

The Ask companion may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be used for car-specific mechanical, safety, financial, or legal decisions. It is not an official Ferrari channel and does not speak for Ferrari.

8. Not affiliated with Ferrari

Club Maranello is an independent members' club and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of Ferrari S.p.A. or its group companies. [SOLICITOR: final brand-positioning wording. The name is now cleared, so this is about how the disclaimer is phrased, not whether it is needed.]

9. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and update these terms. We will notify members of material changes. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on guidance, valuations, or AI output. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence). 11. Termination

You may leave at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate membership for breach of these terms or failed/withdrawn verification.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
